Dr. Kinowski

Dr. Kinowski is a first generation Chiropractor, originally from Crystal Lake, IL. She originally wasn’t sure of what she wanted to do specifically, but she knew she wanted to help people. She was recommended chiropractic by her cousin's, Drs. Gretchen & Darrell Volschke, who are chiropractors in Virginia. Little did she know, chiropractic care is more than just low back and neck pain, as it involves finding health through removing nervous system interference to restore proper function and remove symptoms of disease.

Being a Northwestern Suburb of Chicago native, Dr. Kinowski attended Prairie Ridge High School where she played basketball through the duration of her time there. She then moved to Dubuque, IA where she graduated as a Duhawk from Loras College in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. After completion of her undergraduate degree, she ventured down south to Marietta, GA where she attended Life University’s Chiropractic College which she graduated from in September, 2018.

While in chiropractic school, Dr. Katrina became heavily involved with the Gonstead system of chiropractic, including attending weekly meetings for technique club, becoming a Gonstead Club certified member, eventually serving as president of club and also attending many of The Gonstead Seminar’s where Dr. John teaches. It didn’t take long for her to realize the Gonstead difference when it comes to chiropractic, there truly is no other system like it!

When Dr. Katrina isn’t in the office, she is spending time with family and friends, hiking (not in the midwestern winters though…), weight lifting, trying new foods, reading, or finding a dog to play with!
